A warmly spiced marshmallow - fresh and ground ginger, cinnamon, clove, and cardamon, above a deep dark spiced caramel and a spiced almond biscuit, all encased in a lustred shell of single origin Vanuatu 72% dark chocolate. The kind of thing that tastes like the best parts of winter.
