The mountain meadow milk from this region provides a rich, creamy taste, pairing perfectly with the finest cacao from Sambirano, Madagascar. Balanced perfectly with a touch of Opito Bay salt.

The mountain pasture milk couverture imparts flavours of forest honey, pear and cream caramel.
