This is a high quality stainless steel anti downdraft cowl.

The bottom spigot (piece of pipe on the bottom) is designed to sit inside a flue pipe.

There are four sizes available to suit 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm or 250mm flue pipe.

Sometimes referred to as a rain hat, it's clever design reduces down daft and defects rain from entering the flue.
