The smaller 200mm diameter head is very useful for turning cooking pizzas in the oven. With larger peels you need to lift the whole pizza out then manually turn the pizza on the peel. This often results in burnt fingers! With this tool simply spin the pizza in the oven without removing it.

It is a very good tool to remove ash from an oven (better than a square headed peel) as it can get into the rounded corners.

Perfect for little kid sized pizzas as well!

There are two lengths available, 870mm and 1200mm. Unless you have a large oven or the oven is set quite far back, the 870mm is usually the best choice as you avoid having excess handle length poking out behind you endangering pedestrians! You can use a tape measure to trail the length in your oven.
