Pizza Peel, 275mm Round Head, NZ Made, Stainless Steel

Designed for lifting pizzas in and out of your oven, the head is a generous 275mm round head.

The handles are welded to the head rather than bolted to provide extra strength and longevity.

The handles are 670mm long and the total length is 950mm. This is a great overall length as longer peels aren't required unless you have a massive commercial oven to reach into and longer peels can actually be a hazard to pedestrians behind the operator!

This length is also a handy storage size.

A square option is also available. The rounded head tends to be better for adding and removing round pizzas and is also better for cleaning ash out of the oven as it can get right into the curved sides. The square head is however better for moving an active fire in the oven and for scraping the floor prior to cooking. The square shape is also better for breads and pulling out roasting dishes and the like. Having both is always best!
