Shake well. Apply a small amount directly to foot and allow to rest for approximately one minute. Begin foot massage, gently sloughing away dry, dead skin. Continue massage until all product has been absorbed. Repeat as needed. Like Pumice can also be used as daily maintenance to help prevent callus build up.
