Magnesium Stearate

Magnesium stearate is a simple salt made up of magnesium and stearic acid. It is most commonly known as a “flow agent" in nutritional supplements and pharmaceuticals.
Topically it used as a texturiser, opacifier, and non-gelling thickener for personal care products and a must have for colour cosmetics. also acts as a film-forming and anti-caking, and lubricating agent for enhanced slip and silkiness.
