Description a liquid cosmetic preservative based on phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin. It has a broad, balanced spectrum of effects against bacteria, yeasts, mould, and fungi. It is a safe, stable, effective, and easy-to-use preservative.

It is not affected by hydrolysis, is heat-stable, and will generally not affect the colour of cosmetic formulations. High surfactant load, however, can affect efficacy.
