The 2019 estate blend is predominantly Barnea olives with a dash of Manzanillo. The 2019 Estate can be described as medium intensity, well- structured, with the rich characteristic flavours of the Barnea cultivar - think grassy and artichokes. Delicious with salmon, chicken, lentils, avocado, quinoa and rice dishes.
