We make pet tags daily so make sure you order before 2pm weekdays and we'll make sure your pet tag is shipped the same day!

We laser all our pet tags in-house and from our HQ in Christchurch so you're not waiting for it to arrive from an overseas company. Every tag is checked before sending to ensure mistakes don't leave the building and that the tag is up to scratch!

It is advised not to leave the Collar ID tag attached during or after flea treatment or any chemical (shampoo, medicine, or skin treatment) that is given orally or over the body. These products can leach into the tag and remove the colouring due to the chemicals and how close the Collar ID is to the skin - Allow for up to 12 hours to allow chemicals to dissipate.
