Nuk the Book Dragon

Artist Statement:

Have you heard of the Book Dragons, Nuk and Nak?

Nuk is the older of them and showing Nak the ropes.

They’re magical creatures who live in the Night Forest where they lure travellers lost in the dark with their golden lanterns. Once caught, they take their victims on a magical ride under the stars where they can read to their heart’s content, tucked safely in Nuk or Nak’s lantern belly, only to wake up the next morning well rested and bursting with dream-like tales.
