The 4" Square in a Square Quilt Block Foundation Paper from It's Sew Emma is designed to make this classic patchwork unit wonderfully straightforward. The pre-printed sheets give you clearly numbered and shaded sections to follow, helping you place each piece accurately and achieve those crisp points that can otherwise be a little tricky with this block.

There are 42 sheets in each pad, with one complete 4" finished Square in a Square block per sheet , so you've got enough foundation paper for 42 blocks. Each sheet measures 5" square and includes fabric cutting sizes, helpful shaded diagrams and quilt block ideas. Once you've sewn your way through the lines, the paper tears away easily, leaving a neat and accurate block ready to join your next row.
