By leaving this EVOO unfiltered, we preserve more of its natural goodness - resulting in a high polyphenol count of 412 mg/kg, packed with antioxidants in every drop. The trade-off? A shorter shelf life of around 3 months, so it’s best enjoyed fresh and fast.
