Textured, aromatic and peppery. Straight off the mill, this limited release unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is a punchy and raw flavour experience.

By leaving the oil unfiltered, more of the natural nutrients are retained - meaning a higher concentration of polyphenols in every drop. The trade-off? A shorter shelf life of around 3 months, so it’s best enjoyed fast & fresh.
