PRE ORDER - This bear is available for pre order only. It is scheduled for delivery in Q4 which is generally Nov-Jan however we cannot not guarantee delivery timing. Sometimes they arrive earlier & sometimes they arrive later. We will ship as soon as we receive it and your pre order purchase is an absolute priority.
Once you place a pre order you cannot cancel as it is deemed a complete sale. We are happy to exchange or credit it but not cancel and refund.
We have limited numbers of each bear and many sell out long before their arrival, hence we release the full years collection at once. That way collectors can order & guarantee their favourites and they will be shipped as soon as they arrive.

Charlie also collaborates with other world-renowned bear artists to create different collections. All Charlie Bears are limited in production, and our special collections often have very low editions. Lovingly made by hand, each bear has their own unique characteristics and that is why only Charlie Bears are known as the bears with personalities.
