PRE ORDER - This bear is available for pre order only. It is scheduled for delivery in Q1 which is generally Feb-Apr however we cannot not guarantee delivery timing. Sometimes they arrive earlier & sometimes they arrive later. We will ship as soon as we receive it and your pre order purchase is an absolute priority.
Once you place a pre order you cannot cancel as it is deemed a complete sale. We are happy to exchange or credit it but not cancel and refund.
