Brewing Directions; Add 2 heaped teaspoons (10g) of Rad Sleep & 200ml of plant milk to a saucepan & bring to the boil (while stirring) over medium heat. Alternatively, add 2 tsp to a mug & fill with hot water & a splash of milk.
