Hand made stylised Spitfire pins made from non-legal New Zealand coins by Nelson artist and jeweller, Martin de Ruyter.

Martin uses his grandfather's, great-grandfather's and great-great-grandfather's tools.

These brooches are known as Trench Art Sweetheart pins.
