Orange & Horopito Shichimi 50g

Our Shichimi Togarashi is a unique take on the traditional
Japanese spice blend with roasted sesame, toasted locally grown
hemp and chilli for a rich nutty base. We included native horopito
for wild peppery notes as well as orange, lime, ginger, and pink
Szechuan pepper for a vibrant, zesty finish. The result is a bold,
nuanced, and pleasantly bitter blend perfect for soups, noodles,
fish, grilled meats or vegetables.
