NZ Grown Wheat Radiatori Pasta
Our pasta is made from 100% New Zealand–grown spray free
durum wheat. Durum wheat is an ancient grain that thrives on the sunny
Wairarapa Plains. Since 2019, our farmers at the Wairarapa Grains Collective
have proven that this grain, dating back 10,000 years, loves our hot, dry
summers. High in protein and fibre, it’s as good for your body as it is for the
land. Using no-till, regenerative farming practices they rebuild soil health,
reduce emissions, and protect the land we love.
The difference shows up in the detail. Unlike industrial pasta that’s rushed
through Teflon dies and blast-dried, we take the slow road. Our dough is
pressed through bronze dies, giving it a rough surface that grips sauce. Then
it’s air-dried slowly for 12–24 hours, protecting the grain’s nutrients and
creating pasta that tastes incredible, feels gentler on your stomach, and
nourishes you after every meal.
