Hobart PREMAX Twin W/ Auto Hood Lift - AUPT-HL

The double-capacity premium hood-type model for simultaneous washing of two racks. With the PERMANENT-CLEAN automatic soil removal all coarse soil is pumped out of the machine into an external strainer. This saves operating costs and protects the machine.
