: this vegan delight is absolutely delicious! Portobello mushrooms & creamy cashew ricotta with lots of herbs, garlic, pecans & spinach all wrapped up in lovely flaky vegan pastry. This large feeds 10 & is served with our homemade chutney. These are available cooked & ready to serve or frozen - for you to cook at home (with instructions on cooking). We also have the option of individual portions.
