Ruahine Ohana W4 Waka

Ohana means 'family' in an extended sense in Hawaiian and we think that's a pretty fitting description for this waka.

We were often told that finding enough paddlers for a W6 was an issue, and clubs wanted a W4 to allow for smaller, "family", groups. So we put our thinking caps on and figured out we could squeeze in an extra seat into the W3, making it the W4 configuration. We also had to build an entirely new ama to suit the modified tomanu distances.

This waka is ideal for people of all ages and ability levels but will particularly suit small to medium sized paddlers due to it's slightly narrower hip width.

Comes standard with:

- A white hull and your choice of deck and gunnel. For an extra charge we can custom colour the entire waka to whatever you desire. Please enquire if you have something specific in mind.
- 2 x aluminium kiato
- 1 x custom coloured ama
- Open cockpit
