Damage Waiver

Dear Clients,

We appreciate your responsible handling of our garments, but we understand that accidents can happen. That's why we offer a , a small protection fee available to all renters, to cover minor damages and marks and make the renting process less stressful for you. It's there for things we can fix seamless upon return without the dress being devalued.

While we encourage you to treat our rentals with care, please be mindful that terms and conditions still apply for severe damages or unremovable marks. The specifically designed for minor issues.

What the covers:

- Small damages like broken zips, minor seam repairs, loose threads, and non-excessive pulls on straps.
- Small marks on the garment that can be removed with standard cleaning (excluding stains or unremovable marks).

What the doesn't cover:

- Loss of the item
- Irreparable damages such as rips, tears, holes, pulls from side-bags or jewellery, or burns
- Large staining or marks that cannot be removed
- Misplacement or loss of a garment part
- Incorrectly sending back the garment
- Late (Additional charges will apply for late , as the does not cover this.)

Please note that one protection applies to one item in the cart only. If you have multiple items in your order, you'll need to add extra coverage accordingly. For instance, if you have two items in your cart and only one , it will only cover minor damages to the less expensive rental.
