Sabato Pavlova Drops

These light-as-air droplets of pavlova melt in your mouth. Crisp on the outside, with a soft interior, our pavlova puffs are finished with a sprinkle of crushed freeze-dried raspberries.

The very best way to fast track a gorgeous dessert. In the second image we have used them to top a passionfruit ice cream sundae, made using Darlington's passionfruit curd and passionfruit syrup. Or serve with Sabato Salted Butterscotch Sauce, or whipped cream, fresh fruit and a drizzle of Vincotto.
