Gruyère Moleson ~12 month

Gruyère is a dense yellow cheese with an aroma of meadow flowers. It has a complex flavour, at first fruity, then revealing more earthy, nutty characteristics. Aged for 12 months. Make a delcious Gruyère soufflé or incorporate it into a traditional fondue.
