Emile Henry Rectangular Baker

These versatile rectangular ceramic baking dishes are available in a range of sizes and colours. They are great for baking or serving everything from a small vegetable dish or meal for one, through to those big generous family meals like a proper Italian lasagne, moussaka, your favourite casserole scaled up to feed a crowd or even the Sunday roast.

Handmade in France since 1850, Emile Henry ceramics are both practical and stylish. Their special formula ceramic, using clay from Burgundy, ensures gentle and even heat distribution, uniform baking and browning and excellent heat-retention after baking.

Emile Henry bakers are suitable for use in the oven (up to 270°C), microwave and freezer.
