Black Terracotta Cazuela

This Spanish terracotta is handmade in Catalonia from high-quality clay and can be used either in the oven or on top of a direct heat source such as gas hobs. This is a dish that you can take straight from the oven to the table.

Soak in cold water for 12 hours before first use. Dishwasher and microwave safe.
