Sabato Apple & Pistachio Baklava

Crispy filo pastry, wrapped around a filling of apple, warm spices, and a nutty blend of pistachios, almonds and walnuts, topped with a drizzle of tangy apple syrup.

Bake for 8-10 minutes at 150°C to warm through. Serve with Zany Zeus mascarpone or Little 'Lato gelato and some Vincotto. Producer
