Sabato Spanish Cottage Pie

A Spanish twist on an English potato-top pie classic! A delicious, hearty, pastry-less meal loaded with flavour from Serrano ham and smoked paprika with fluffy, creamy mash potato on top.
This dish was awarded a bronze medal at the Outstanding Food Producer Awards 2025, with judges describing it with 'very tasty filling and tomato forward in a Spanish way with flavourful potato'.

Cook from frozen for 70 minutes in a preheated 180˚C oven. For an even crispier finish, cook for a further 10 minutes at 200˚C.
