What a find! Delicious lemon and subtle rich tea biscuit flavours, plenty of concentration and texture, bright fresh acidity, and just enough creamy oak influence to hold everything together. A lovely, subtle salinity develops in the palate and continues through to the long finish, for extra complexity. Thoroughly enjoyable and refreshing, this dry white is a must for summer dining and is probably the best match for Paella we have tasted.

Pair with paella, pasta, risotto, fish, or a hard sheep cheese.
