Pruno Ribera del Duero 2020

The nose of pure cassis, smoked ham and violets is an absolute delight. The palate is wonderfully concentrated and structured, with cassis flavours moving through to a great plum finish. The wine has balance and lovely chewy tannins, with the finish being very long and full of elegant plum/cassis fruit.

Pair with rich meat dishes, chorizo, and polenta.
