Bergomot (bee balm)

Bergamots (bee balm) aromatic leaves are rich in thymol and carvacrol. Traditionally used to support respiratory wellness and digestive comfort, and provide warming properties.

The leaves can be steeped into a soothing tea or incorporated into herbal preparations.

Grown and air dried on site to preserve constituents and flavour.
