Lemon & Honey Cordial (spray free) 350ml

A lemon and honey concentrate. This is a very old fashioned recipe passed down to me. I’ve used local spray free lemons and local honey and made this syrup in the traditional way. Use 1 part potion to 6 parts water. Add hot water for a soothing lemon honey drink or cold water for a refreshing cordial.

🐝 Keep refrigerated once opened.

Drink hot or cold. Add 2-3 Tablespoons to either hot or cold water and stir. That’s it! Add to gin and lemonade & cocktails and don’t forget to garnish with my Autumn Citrus Slices.

Directions: Add 1 part Potion to 6 parts Hot or Cold water.
