Sirloin steak (Organic)
Sirloin Steak, also known as Porterhouse steak, is recognized by its fine grain and exterior of fat down one side. It is a tender cut and excellent for grilling. Leave the edge of fat on while cooking to enhance the flavor and succulence of this steak. Best cooked on a hot plate, seared both sides and put on low heat for 5-7 minutes, 3minutes each side for medium rare. Weights are approximate. One steak per pack.
