Ingredients: Jaggery sugar, Cinnamon, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Clove, Star Anise, Nutmeg.

Directions

- One tsp (4g) per 250ml cup
- Latte: Dash of boiling water frothed or iced milk
- Tea: Half boiling water hot/frothed milk
- Sweet Chai: Add one tsp of honey
