Ingredients:

- Eggplant
- Salt
- Oil
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Coriander
- Cumin Seed

- Ginger
- Chillies
- Curry Powder.

Add this to meat dishes. This is a delicious addition to an antipasto platter, or to serve with cold meat.
