"Feinschmecker" is German for gourmet or "connoisseur" and this contains a variety of German forest mushrooms (including porcini), dried roasted onions, spring onions, celery, mushroom juice concentrate, white wine extract and spices. 95% of all vegetables and herbs come from German farmers practicing sustainable agriculture. 100% vegetarian. Makes 500ml (2 portions)

Ingredients: Palm oil, starch, WHEAT FLOUR, iodized table salt, yeast extract, fried onions, mushrooms, flavors, CRÈME-FRAÎCHE powder, glucose syrup, MILK PROTEIN, potassium chloride, table salt, sugar, maltodextrin, spices (garlic, pepper, turmeric), mushroom juice powder, butter mushrooms, spring onions, porcini mushroom powder, chanterelles, onion juice concentrate, antioxidant ascorbyl palmitate, sunflower oil.

It's so easy: 1) Whisk the contents into 500ml boiling water 2) let cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Stir occasionally.
