This one-day pool-based course is the perfect introduction to freediving. Led by our amazing instructor Brooke, you'll learn breath-hold techniques, safety practices, and foundational skills to help you dive with confidence. Build comfort in the pool while developing control, focus, and awareness, all in a safe, supportive wāhine-led environment.
