HR6 Reinforcing Link Bars

Our HR6 reinforcing link bars are supplied in different sizes as per the below table and manufactured from 6mm Diameter Plain Smooth Grade 500E Reinforcing Bar, manufactured in accordance with AS/NZS 4671 standards (NZ compliant).

Reinforcing links and stirrups are cut and bent to standard sizes which can be used for various common applications on site. The main role of links and stirrups is to resist shear force in beams or columns. Link Bar Length

The size of the link bar (for example HR6 x 200mm) refers to the internal distance between the hooks (in this case 200mm) so that when the reinforcing bars are tied they are 200mm apart.
