Reo & Waratah Safety Caps (100 pack)
These plastic reinforcing safety caps are designed to be used with 12mm-32mm dia reinforcing bars as well as star-posts (also known as “Waratahs") and they are highly visible in bright Yellow or Orange colours. They are batch tested and meet (OSHA) - 344.90 Impalement protection specifications and testing criteria.
The caps are designed with holes to allow tie onto star-posts and they also have with internal flaps that hold on to deformed or straight steel ends. The improved internal flap design also allows for clear ‘line-of-sight’ hole openings for inserting cable ties when applying to waratahs.
Steel reinforcing bars, or rebar, are a common hazard on construction sites.
