The Falcon Dark 2L 940nm Night Vision Riflescope is part of Falcon’s Dark series of digital night vision optics, designed to deliver advanced night hunting performance in a compact and easy-to-use platform. Combining a high resolution sensor with an integrated laser rangefinder and ballistic calculator, the Dark 2L provides hunters with a complete night shooting solution.
This version features a 940nm infrared illuminator, which is effectively invisible to animals. Unlike traditional 850nm IR lights that can produce a faint red glow, the 940nm illuminator operates covertly, making it ideal for situations where minimum visible light is important.
The scope uses a high resolution 1920×1080 sensor paired with a crisp 1440×1080 display to produce detailed night-time imagery. With a smooth 60fps frame rate, the image remains responsive and easy to track when scanning paddocks, bush edges or open terrain.
An integrated laser rangefinder measures distances out to 800m with ±1m accuracy, while the built-in ballistic calculator helps provide precise aiming once distance is known. Adjustable digital magnification from 5x to 20x gives the flexibility to scan wider areas or in for more precise target identification.
Built-in video recording allows footage to be captured directly to a TF memory card, while Wi-Fi connectivity enables easy transfer of recordings to a mobile device. Powered by a single 18650 battery with up to 6.5 hours of runtime, the Dark 2L is well suited for long nights in the field.
