Bene-Feet Mat

The has long flexible "spikes" which graduate in size from small at the front and back to tall spikes in the middle. The mat can be used as one 28cm x 23cm mat or 2 x 14cm x 23 cm mats. The tallest middle spikes measure approximately 4cm. The Bene-Feet mat is great for improving circulation in the feet, massage, and for sensory input. Clean with warm water and mild soap.
