Crafted from reclaimed jarrah timber from Wellington Harbour's historic Eastbourne wharf, this table lamp embodies authentic New Zealand heritage.

The wood's century-old provenance manifests in its distinctive grain patterns, natural markings, and warm chocolaty tones—characteristics that speak to its structural integrity and storied past.

Each lamp is individually shaped and finished with natural bees wax polish, celebrating rather than concealing the timber's character. The result is a refined lighting fixture that combines material authenticity with thoughtful craftsmanship, offering a conversation piece for those who appreciate design rooted in genuine history and substance.

Each lamp comes with its own written history. The wood has been sourced from the Eastbourne wharf in Wellington Harbour as it underwent restoration.

The LED E14 screw fit light bulb, which comes with your lamp, has a life of about 1500 hours and can be easily changed for any number of similar bulbs that are widely available in New Zealand.

Each lamp is independently tagged and tested. It has a long lead and an in-line switch.

We recommend an LED or maximum 40W bulb.

Your unique wooden table lamp has a felt pad on the base to protect any surface you choose to put it on.

Delivery

We have a $9.50 flat fee for delivery in the Wellington area, and a (free) click and collect service from Plimmerton, Wellington and Greytown, Wairarapa.

Delivery charges outside of Wellington will be calculated at check-out.

Deliveries to Australia may be subject to custom regulations regarding the importation of timber and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
