Crafted from reclaimed Eastbourne Wharf jarrah, The Wharfkeeper holds the soul of Wellington’s working harbour — rugged yet refined. JB kept the original nail and patina as quiet nods to its past life beside the sea, then carefully shaped and rewired it to live on as a modern statement piece.

Paired with a replica edison bulb and long black cord, this lamp blends nostalgia with practicality.

A true one-off, made for homes that value authenticity, heritage, and New Zealand craft.

The vintage E27 40W screw fit Edison light bulb, which comes with your lamp, has a life of about 1500 hours and can be easily changed for any number of similar bulbs that are widely available in New Zealand.

We recommend a maximum 40W bulb.

Your unique Edison table lamp has a felt pad on the base to protect any surface you choose to put it on.

Delivery

We have a $9.50 flat fee for delivery in the Wellington area, and a (free) click and collect service from Plimmerton, Wellington and Greytown, Wairarapa.

Delivery charges outside of Wellington will be calculated at check-out.

Deliveries to Australia may be subject to custom regulations regarding the importation of timber and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
