Two rows of mini-spikes apply targeted pressure to melt tension, lift brain fog and restore mental clarity. Pressing tiny spikes into your face might sound like the opposite of relaxing, but a few minutes of subtle pressure is all it takes.

Smaller spikes fit your head better. They also let us fit more in. A higher spike-to-Headband ratio offers more effective stimulation, and wrapping them (as opposed to lying on them) lets you control the intensity.

Finished in a low-profile silhouette made from organic cotton and a silent self-fastening closure for easy adjustment.
