Joy

One of my favourite playtimes, with my father as a young girl, was when he use to throw me into the air as I yelled in exhilaration and joy. Albeit, mixed in with a little fear, and thirty years on, I continued the play with my own son. The act of throwing a child up in your arms is not only a playf
