They are manufactured from high-temperature metalized polyimide lamination, bonded to a robust 20 oz. heat-treated glass fiber base material. DEI GOLD is able to reflect radiant heat up to 800 degrees F making the sleeves perfect to keep critical lines, air intakes, and hoses cool and protected. The base glass is rated up to 1,100 degrees F.
