Our wick snuffers are suitable for use with both wood and cotton wicks.

A wick snuffer is an elegant method of extinguishing the candle flame. Our candles are provided with lids, but using the lid to extinguish the flame will lead to charring of the wooden lids. Using a wick snuffer is a clean and simple method of extinguishing the flame and they look really classy!

Don't forget to trim the wick before relighting your candle. We have matching wick trimmers available (not the the decorative snuffer).
