Waldorf 800 Series FN8130G-HPO - 600mm Single Pan Gas Fryer

The Waldorf Fast Fri Single Pan Gas Fryer (FN8130G-HPO) delivers serious output for busy services, with twin infra-red burners (140 MJ/hr), fast recovery, and a large 31 L pan with a cool zone to keep oil cleaner for longer. Electronic thermostat and safety cut-outs help maintain consistent frying temps.

Stainless construction, 32 mm drain valve, and front service access make cleaning straightforward. Supplied with two large baskets and a lid, with options for standard baskets, side splash guards, and integration with Waldorf Filtamax.
